terms of service

By downloading, installing, or using slaphax, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't download or use slaphax.

slaphax is an independent project. It is not made, approved, endorsed, or supported by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. All other names belong to their owners.

slaphax is still in testing. It may crash, break, behave unexpectedly, or stop working after a Minecraft update. Features can change or be removed at any time without notice. If you find a bug, please report it in the Discord or on the contact page.

Using a modified client can break the rules of Minecraft, of Minecraft servers, and of other services. You are solely responsible for how and where you use slaphax. This means:

• Many servers ban modified clients. Using slaphax there can get you banned, muted, or removed.
• Your Minecraft or Microsoft account could be penalized or suspended.
• It's your job to read and follow the rules of every server, realm, or game you join, and to only use slaphax where it's allowed.

We are not responsible for any ban, penalty, or loss that happens because you used slaphax.

When using slaphax you agree not to:

• Break any law or the rules of any server, game, or platform you use it on.
• Harass, grief, or harm other players.
• Resell, re-upload, or pass off slaphax as your own work without permission.
• Use slaphax in a way that hurts other people, their devices, or their accounts.

Only download slaphax from this website. We can't vouch for copies from anywhere else, and we aren't responsible for anything that comes from an unofficial copy.

We will never ask for your Minecraft, Microsoft, or any other account password. If someone does, it isn't us.

If you're under 18, make sure a parent or guardian is okay with you using slaphax and agreeing to these terms.

slaphax and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", with no promises of any kind. We don't guarantee that slaphax will work, be safe on every system, be error-free, be available at any given time, or avoid detection or bans.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the creator of slaphax is not liable for any loss or damage connected to using or being unable to use slaphax, including but not limited to:

• Bans, account penalties, or lost access to servers.
• Lost items, progress, worlds, or data.
• Crashes, errors, or problems with your device or game.

You agree not to hold the creator responsible for any of these.

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use slaphax means you accept the changes. We may also change, pause, or end slaphax or this website at any time, and may block anyone who breaks these terms.

Questions about these terms? Ask in the Discord or on the contact page.
